Return Policy
Returns at Harper & William
We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 90 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets the return conditions below.
Please note: our return policy applies to all orders and is final.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and components.
- Normal handling (like trying on) is perfectly fine. But damage from improper use or careless handling is not eligible for refund.

For hygiene reasons, intimate items (such as earrings, beauty tools, or anything that touches the skin directly) cannot be returned once opened.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please let us know right away upon delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 7 business days. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a confirmation and your refund will follow.
We reserve the right to decline returns that are used, damaged, or don’t meet the criteria above.
Not As Described Claims
We strive to present our jewelry as clearly and accurately as possible through detailed photos, descriptions, and measurements. However, please keep the following in mind:

Color & appearance: Slight differences in color, shine, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the type of device used to view our photos. These are not considered defects.

Size variations: Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and measured manually, a minimal variation of 1–2 mm may occur. This is normal in jewelry production and is not considered a fault.

Fit & style: The way a ring, bracelet, or necklace sits can vary depending on finger size, hand shape, or personal preference. This is not valid grounds for claiming the item is “not as described.”
Evidence Requirement
To process any claim of defect or “not as described,” clear photo evidence (and in some cases video evidence) is required. Claims without supporting evidence cannot be accepted. Claims submitted through PayPal, banks, or other payment providers must also follow this process and include the required evidence.
Important Guidelines

We do not cover return shipping in these cases. If you wish to return the item based on personal expectations, you may still do so under our standard return process.

If, after review, we confirm that the item is consistent with the product listing, refund eligibility will follow our standard return policy, and partial refunds or store credits may be offered as alternative solutions at our discretion.

In cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or confirmed error in the product sent, we will gladly resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.

Subjective reasons such as change of mind, slight variations in color/shine, or differences in personal fit are not considered valid claims for a defective or “not as described” item.
How to Start a Return
If your item meets the conditions above, here’s what to do:
1. Email us at: support@harper-william.com
2. Include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Your Full name
- Shipping address
Once we review your request, we’ll send the correct return address. Please don’t send your item to the sender’s address on the package, as this can cause delays.
Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and shipping costs are at your expense.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, please note: our orders are processed immediately through an automated system and shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible but you can still return it once it arrives.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@harper-william.com. We’ll do our best to cancel in time, but we cannot guarantee this due to the speed of our fulfillment process.
If your parcel is already on its way, simply follow the return steps after it’s delivered. Return shipping remains your responsibility.
For faster processing, you can email us your return tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.
Refund Policy
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 10 days, back to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping charges and shipping insurance (if selected) are non-refundable.

If you paid for premium or express shipping, only the standard shipping rate is refunded.

Timing of refunds may vary based on your payment provider.
Refunds are only processed once the item has been physically returned and inspected at our warehouse, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by our team.
