Progressing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If you order on a weekday, we process your order within 24 hours. Weekend orders may take a little longer.
  • After processing, delivery takes 7-10 business days on average. We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible!

Fast & Free shipping
As part of our current promotion, we are offering FREE shipping across the U.S., with no minimum order value required.
Please note: if you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping charge.

Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for added protection.
  • Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow your order in real time through our trusted shipping partners.
Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Efficient & Sustainable Shipping
To keep our prices fair and operations efficient, we ship directly from our warehouse in Asia. This approach helps us reduce unnecessary storage and transportation costs, keeping our jewelry affordable while also minimizing packaging waste and our carbon footprint.

International orders outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
